It's That Time of Year Again

Hi everyone, I just wanted you to know we are behind this effort to provide coats to the needy.  If you can’t bring them to the office, no problem, please just email or call us and Bob or I will come by and pick up your donation for you.  THANKS again for your loyalty and support and remember us when you think of real estate.  A perfect client for us right now is someone who wants to get in on these great interest rates.  I have a couple who  have just purchased a townhome in a complex they’ve been living in and their payments will be less than the rent… by a couple hundred dollars and that includes the homeowners dues, etc.  So, if you know anyone renting, these rock bottom prices make it a great opportunity to lock in payments and not worry about rent increases.  LET US HELP.  THANKS again and have a Safe Halloween.

Best, Terrylynn and Bob

Happy Halloween!

Have a safe and fun Halloween!

One of our team members, Chris Fisher, has written two blogs about local haunted places that you might want to read about or visit this year. One is about our haunted restaurant in Clayton, the other is the top 10 haunted places in California (3 of them are in San Francisco!) The second one includes a link to haunted walking tours. There are also many free walking tours of San Francisco.
