THANKS again for your loyalty and support and remember us when you think of real estate. A perfect client for us right now is someone who wants to get in on these great interest rates. I have a couple who have just purchased a townhome in a complex they’ve been living in and their payments will be less than the rent… by a couple hundred dollars and that includes the homeowners dues, etc. So, if you know anyone renting, these rock bottom prices make it a great opportunity to lock in payments and not worry about rent increases.
